Dr. Abdul Rahman Agha El Kinge is a haematologist and medical oncologist with over 14 years of experience in the Middle East. Trained at the American University of Beirut and MD Anderson Cancer Center, he specializes in breast cancer, benign haematology, and cancer-related thrombosis. He has held leadership, academic, and quality roles, and chairs the International Oncology and Supportive Care Congress in Dubai. He is also active in research and medical publishing.

He is a board member of the Saudi Hypertension Management Society and Regional Director for the World Hypertension League. Widely published, he is recognized for his leadership in hypertension and preventive cardiology.

A Fellow of the American College of Cardiology, he is widely published and recognized internationally for his work in cardiovascular medicine and continuing medical education.
